Grown-ups' area

How do I open the Parents area? Tap the Parents button (the lock) on the Home screen and enter your year of birth. The year is only checked on the device and is never saved or sent.

How does my child leave a world? Press and hold the Home button in the corner for a moment. The hold keeps little fingers from leaving by accident.

Can I turn the music or the animal sounds off? Yes. In the Parents area, music and animal sounds each have their own switch. The voice that asks the questions always plays, because children who can't read yet need it.

Can my child play an animal or a world again? Yes. In the Parents area you can reset one animal or a whole world, and replay the introduction.

Purchases

What is free? The Farm is free to play, all of it. One purchase, All Worlds, opens every other world for good. There is no subscription.

I bought All Worlds but the worlds are locked. Open the Parents area and tap Restore under "Unlock all worlds". Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with.

Can my family share the purchase? Yes. All Worlds works with Family Sharing, so it opens on your family members' devices too.

My child asked to buy, but nothing happened. With Ask to Buy on, the purchase waits until the family organizer approves it. The worlds open by themselves once it is approved.

How do I get a refund? Purchases go through Apple, so refunds do too: visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Privacy

What Animal? collects no data. It has no ads, no tracking, no account and works offline. Read the full privacy policy: [privacy policy URL]
